HumanFlight Guardian, LLC. ships packages by the use of the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which averages 3-5 day delivery to most locations inside the continental United States. Using the USPS ensures that your package gets to you in the shortest time possible at the lowest cost.

The HumanFlight Guardian shipping team makes every attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible. If items are on hold or back order you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
FREE PACKAGE TRACKING
HumanFlight Guardian will provide delivery confirmation tracking information, free of charge with every order. You will receive an email when your order ships containing your delivery confirmation tracking information along with a link to the tracking page for the USPS service.

How to return an item
Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, You must return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase.
Exceptions are made for manufacturer defects in a product.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the packaging has been opened or damaged on the unused product, the product can be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return must include any and all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom figured products, used products, special orders, and products sold "as is" or "used".
If your clothing item is in "like new" condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. HumanFlight Guardian, LLC. will not be responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail does not offer tracking capabilities for packages, and they will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30 day waiting period.
