Student must understand that there is no “magic “or “ultimate” technique, style, or movement that will defeat all attacks. You have to constantly train your body to allow it to function normally under stressful conditions. A fight for your life will take a lot of energy and mental strength to be successful. In the defensive tactics class students will learn how to use their entire body as a defensive and offensive weapon. These principles are developed from the Japanese martial art of Aikibujutsu. This martial art uses strikes, kicks, chokes, throws, locks, and weapons of opportunity. Students will understand the mindset needed to survive a physical fight with a deadly attacker.
